This policy applies to all purchases made through Qalbagy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Technical Nature of Products
- Most products sold by Qalbagy are technical and require proper knowledge to handle
- Any damage caused due to:
- Incorrect usage
- Improper handling
- Electrical misuse
Will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances
2. Replacement Eligibility
Products are eligible for replacement only if:
- Received in physically damaged condition, or
- Found to have a manufacturing defect
Conditions:
- Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Proper proof (images/video) may be required
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement / Return / Refund will not be accepted if:
- Product is incompatible with your system or application
- Product has been used, tested, or powered
- Any soldering, modification, or tampering is done
- Physical damage is caused after delivery
Customers are strongly advised to verify all technical specifications and compatibility before placing an order
4. Return Shipping Charges
- Customer must bear return shipping charges in normal cases
- Free replacement is applicable only if:
- Wrong product was delivered, or
- Product was damaged during transit
5. Return Processing Time
- Return transit may take 3–10 days depending on location
- Replacement or refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected
6. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days
- Actual credit time depends on:
- Bank
- Payment gateway
7. Soldering & Product Alteration Policy
- Any product that has been:
- Soldered
- Modified
- Physically altered
Will be strictly rejected for return or replacement
For testing purposes, customers must use non-permanent methods (clips, holders, etc.)
8. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- For orders above ₹2000:
- 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted
- For orders below ₹2000:
- No cancellation charges
No cancellation is allowed after the order has been dispatched
9. Final Decision
- All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to verification
- Qalbagy reserves the full right to approve or reject any request based on inspection
